Ladies April Stableford
Winner of the Ladies’ April Stableford was Emma Burrows with 39 points.  Second (on countback) was Geraldine Hyslop and third Sue McGaw, both with 38 points.  

Ladies Launceston Spring Open
Emma Burrows & Pat Crowson won the Ladies Spring Open at Launceston on 23rd April, beating 68 other pairs, and scoring 44 points in the betterball Stableford competition.  (Picure shows from left to right Emma Burrows and Pat Crowson).

Royal Cornwall Goblets, West Cornwall – 27th April 2008 
Killiow's Steve Whitford and Ian Windsor came second in the Royal Cornwall Goblets held at West Cornwall on Sunday by the Cornwall Golf Union. Beaten into second place by C. Runnals and J Cruse from St Enodoc, Steve and Ian had a net score of 65.

Ladies Colleens Trophy
Despite miserable and wet conditions 20 ladies competed for the Colleens Trophy on Tuesday 29th April.  The Ladies only managed to play 9 holes with Geraldine Hyslop coming in with a winning score of 20 points, followed second by Pat Rose on 17 points and in third place Pat Crowson on 15 points.  Well done ladies in terrible conditions!
